What is our return policy?

We, at JoCephus Originals, stand by our garments 100%. If there is an issue with your garment, we will fix or repair the garment to your liking per the original contract. If measurements are taken in house and you still request alterations, you are then responsible for shipping the garment back to us. 

What are our payment options?

We accept Cash, Visa, American Express, Discover and certified checks. Personal/Business Checks will be accepted with PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

***CLEARANCE ITEMS ONLY may be processed using Afterpay. These items are As-Is with no alterations being done at this time. Clearance items CANNOT be exchanged or refunded. All Clearance Sales are final.

What are our shipping procedures?

All of our items are shipped via FedEx. If final payment is completed after 1:00pm (EST), it will ship out the next day, unless NEXT DAY SHIPPING is requested and paid. Next Day Shipping orders must be paid by 3:00 pm (EST). We are NOT liable for any shipping delays or exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is controlled by the shipper.

Where are our garments made?

All of our garments are designed and manufactured on-site in Burlington, North Carolina. We have been blessed with the opportunity to have an on-site manufacturing warehouse and design showroom, which is open Monday-Friday from 10am - 4pm. 

Don't know what to purchase?

Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25 - 5000. Must be purchased with cash, card or certified check.

A 50% deposit is required on all orders with balance due in 10-12 weeks upon completion of garment.
